At Mayardit Human Resources , you’ll be exposed to what is necessary to align HR practices and policies with overall organizational strategies. You’ll also gain the knowledge to carry out duties in various areas, which will include:

Organizational Management

Organizational behaviour and human resources scholars ask questions such as: What is included in a collective bargaining agreement? How is employee performance tracked? Which organizational development initiatives help retain managers?

Over the course of your engagement with our HR you’ll learn how to respond to the needs of a diverse work force, develop flexible organizational structures, facilitate improved relationships with unions and reduce workplace conflict..

Professional Development

At Mayardit Human Resources we lay out, professional development plan and document the goals, required skill and competency development, and objectives a staff member will need to accomplish in order to support continuous improvement and career development. In addition, all staff members should have a “living” professional development plan in place.

Labor Relations

We help with Contract administration, the grievance process. Labour relations legislation; and union management co-operation.  

We will also help with training on the legal, social, economic and political framework and complexities within which contemporary labour relations operates in South Sudan.
